DNV海上设施规则
DNV规范融合了长期积累的知识和经验并提供了一整套确保失效安全设计和冗余的标准以防止失效成为一个关键的事故。规范与支持性文件应作定期更新并反映出运作经验和先进的技术。
海上设施入级文件，DNV海上设施规则包含三个层面上的文件：
- Offshore Service Specifications 提供了DNV入级、认证、验证和咨询服务的原则和程序
- Offshore Standards 提供了一般用于海上设施行业及DNV海上设施服务技术基础的技术规定和接受标准
- Recommended Practices 提供经证明的技术和良好的工程实践及更高层面的海上设施服务说明及海上设施标准的导则。

Enhanced methodology for fatigue design and offshore structures
