Graduate Engineer for the International Trainee Program

This program aim for attracting and train the best technical young candidates.

The philosophy behind this program is to train the best technical candidates into a core of highly qualified young employees that will strengthen DNV’s global network of competence. The development of the trainee’s competence can be either technical wide or technical edge. The trainee program is also an important part of DNV’ strategy to develop and secure future leaders in the organisation.

TheInternationalTrainee program lasts for 2 years, and is split in 3 periods of 8 months each, of which one or two periods are spent outside ones home country. After successful completion of the program the trainee will be offered a permanent position with DNV Energy China.

This year we are looking for a candidate who is keen on developing competence within disciplines relevant for deep sea offshore oil and gas field development and operations.

Qualifications

Master degree in Engineering with a major in Mechanical, Structural, Electricity and Instrumentation etc.

· Highly proficient in English

· Willingness and ability to work internationally for two periods of 8 months each within a two year period, accepting the requirement for flexibility and international mobility.

· Committed to a two-year intensive learning program.

· Share DNV’s objective, vision and values and exhibit the required attitudes and behaviours.

· Customer focused with good communication skills.

· Exhibit commercial awareness.
