Structural (Civil) Engineer

Responsibilities

The structural engineer will be responsible for the design verification for subsea production system, under the principal subsea engineer. The general duties for the subsea engineer will include:

- Review the design basis, such as environmental conditions, geophysical /geographic data

- Review of technical specification, such as foundation, concrete etc.

- Perform Structural Analysis verification

- Perform Design Drawings review

- Independent analysis for Steel Structures both onshore and offshore?

- Provide technical support to site surveyors

- Prepare checklists for all technical aspects to be considered for his discipline;

- Approve relevant technical design document, drawings etc.;

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above

- A minimum of 5 years experience as civil engineer performing design analysis/review

- Steel structural design experience is preferred

- Familiar with civil /structural applicable software, including ANSYS, SACS, etc.

- Good command of the English language
